Reserve Research Equipment and Facilities

Welcome to our reservation platform for research equipment and lab spaces. Whether you're a student or researcher, you can use this page to book the tools and facilities you need for your study or project.

Before you begin, please make sure you have a registered and approved Request. You’ll need the Request ID from your approval email to complete your reservation.

How It Works:

1. Select your desired lending period and choose the equipment or lab space you wish to reserve.
2. Keep in mind:
   • Equipment can be reserved for a maximum of 9 days. If you need it for longer, you may request an extension after using it for 7 days by sending us an email.
   • This policy helps ensure fair access for all researchers.
3. Pick-up and return hours:
   • Equipment only: Weekdays between 09:00 – 10:00.
   • Room + equipment: Mon, Tue & Thu between 09:00 – 12:00 and 13:00 – 16:00. Wed & Fri between 09:00 – 12:00 and 13:00 – 15:00.
   • Outside the above-mentioned opening hours, equipment will be placed in the lockers.
