Use this page to reserve research equipment or lab spaces for your study or research.

Before you start

Make sure your filed Request at https://labapps.bmslab.utwente.nl/userservice/ has been approved. 
You will need the Request ID from your approval email to complete your reservation.

How it works

• Select your lending period
• Choose the equipment or lab space you want to book

Reservation rules

• Equipment can be reserved for up to 9 days
• Need more time? Request an extension after 7 days by email
  
• Consecutive bookings are not permitted. For longer use, please contact the lab to discuss options

The above helps ensure fair access for all researchers.

Pick-up and return hours

• Only booked equipment?
  Weekdays 09:00 – 10:00
• Booked equipment and a lab space?
  Mon, Tue, Thu: 09:00–12:00  &  13:00–16:00
  Wed, Fri: 09:00–12:00  &  13:00–15:00

Outside these hours, equipment will be placed in the lockers near LA1501.
