Reservation Policy

Our Flex Rooms are research spaces available for student use and are in high demand. To ensure fair access for everyone, the following rules apply:

Flex Rooms may be reserved for a maximum of 9 consecutive days.
If an extension is required, it may only be requested starting 2 days before the end date of the current reservation. Earlier requests will not be considered.
No-shows are not tolerated. If you do not show up for a reserved time slot without prior notice, all of your existing and future reservations will be cancelled immediately.

By reserving a Flex Room, you agree to comply with these rules. Failure to do so may result in loss of booking privileges.
